Frequently Asked Questions
When does my paper count reset?
For paid plans, your allowance resets on the same date each month as your subscription start — your billing anniversary. The free plan resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
How do student add-ons work for Tutor and Parent plans?
Each plan includes 5 student or child slots, giving 10 papers per slot per month (50 total). You can add individual extra slots at £3/month each, or buy a block of 5 extra slots for £12/month. Each additional slot adds 10 papers to your monthly allowance.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What subjects are supported?
All major UK A-Level and GCSE subjects across AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, and Cambridge International.
